Is it possible to check-in earlier?
Check-in is from 16h. Depending on availability it’s possible to leave the bags in the building prior to the check-in.
Is there parking?
We do not offer parking space at the building. There are 2 parking garages within 3 minutes walking distance from the building. They operate 24hrs with prices from 15€ a day.
Is there a communal area for guests to use?
Yes, there is a small gym with cardio machines, a kid’s playground, books, a terrace and a table area on the ground floor.
How to arrive by public transport?
Coming from Porto airport by public transport:
Take the metro at the Airport and stop at Bolhão metro station, a 10-15 minute walk to the building.
Coming from Campanhã train station by public transport:
Take the metro to Bolhão metro station, a 10-15 minute walk to the building.
Is the cleaning included?
We offer cleaning for no extra fee every 7 days of your stay. We kindly ask you to make it easier by leaving the space organised and ready for cleaning beforehand. We will inform you of the time and day.
This includes change of towels and bedsheets, vacuum cleaning and washing of the floor.
Is there cleaning utensils?
In the apartment, you will find essential cleaning utensils, like a vacuum cleaner, bucket, mop e cleaning products.
Why do I have to pay a “tourist tax”?
The tourist tax is a contribution from users of Tourist Enterprises and Local Accommodation in the city of Porto, to the sustainability of Porto as a tourist destination, allowing the Municipality to better respond to the wear and tear inherent to the tourist footprint in the City.
